Membership and billing cycle automatically begins on the day of your first appointment. Email us to select a different start date of your choosing

1 treatment is included per billing cycle, additional treatments will be at an additional discounted member's price.

Memberships will auto-renew for 12 months

After your 6 months, your membership can be cancelled any time (early cancellation fee of $95 applies to memberships cancelled before 6 months)
