Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a deeply rooted practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine that works by activating your body’s own healing process and abilities by restoring balance.

The body’s energy (Qi) can become stagnant and blocked, which leads to imbalances that manifest as both physical and mental illness. By stimulating certain points on the body,  stagnant Qi is moved, homeostasis is restored and the body can find harmony. At Roo, We take a Nervous system focused approach; When you feel safe and supported in your body, true healing can happen.

Treatments may include Cupping and Moxibustion.
